Glass Act by Gaie specializes in custom-made stained glass art. When you place a custom order:

• A quote will be provided before work begins.
   
• A deposit (or full payment, depending on the project) may be required to begin work.
   
• Custom pieces are handcrafted and may vary slightly from concept sketches or reference photos.
   

We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

Full payment must be received before your stained glass piece is shipped or delivered.

Custom designs created for you remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
